About us

We record in writing the stories of men and women, or animals and things related to them, as we retrace back their footsteps in the past. For going back to our history is returning to our selves as a people.

We also document the present unfolding stories that we foresee as history in the making.

We do the monk’s work of dusting off the cobweb of time from the archive; thresh out the information based on written accounts and recorded reports of events, known or unknown, while hearing oral history.

We cull the lessons from history as we search for models that will change the Philippines keeping always in mind our ancestors’ contributions to better their lives and that of the future generations. As bodies of water connect the country’s thousands of islands, the present Internet communication through this portal also serves as a link to all aspects of Philippine life.
